to I change my mailing address or e-mail address?
Our Member Information area of the Web site allows you to login to
view and update your profile.
Here you will be able to edit any information including changing your
preferences. To edit your information, click Edit My Information at
the bottom of the page. Now you will be able to change your address.
Click the button submit my change at the end of the page.

How do I get into
the Members Only area?
You require your membership number and password to login to the CIP
Society member protected area of the Web site.
What is my password?
We have a new automated password login feature that will send members
their passwords within an hour, if your e-mail address is on file.
Please ensure that we have your correct e-mail address on record by
checking the Member Information section of the Web site first. Click
on CIP Society, then Member Information, input your surname and your
PIN. You will be able to make any necessary address changes here.
How do I get into the Members Only area?

Society member protected area of the Web site. You will be able to

What is my PIN?
Your PIN is given to you as a student and is required to login to the
Member Information section of the Web site to change your address and
view exam results. If you have forgotten your PIN, please e-mail
pins@insuranceinstitute.ca
How do I know if my dues have been paid?
Please access the Member Information section of the CIP Society Web
site.
Click on CIP Society, then Member Information, input your surname and
your PIN. You will be able to make any necessary address changes here.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the Daily Insurance News?
A Member Preference section has been added to the CIP Society section
of the IIC Web site. You will be able to advise us of any of your
preferences such as subscribing or unsubscribing to the news,
subscribing to seminar mailings, receive communications regarding
upcoming events and to receive communications from the CIP Society
benefit partners such as Hertz.
To access the Member Preference section Click on CIP Society, then
Member Information, input your surname and your PIN. You will be able
to make any necessary address changes here.
How do I find out about an upcoming seminar or register for an
upcoming seminar?
Click on CIP Society, then Professional Events. You will see a listing
for all local institutes and chapters. Click on the area where you are
interested in attending seminars and or events.
How do I obtain a replacement CIP, FCIP or CPD certificate?
